Festus Sefa Sedofia is a young entrepreneur, digital marketer, content developer, freelance publicist, human right activist and a student of the Ghana Institute of Journalism offering Communication Studies. I am the founder of Life Africa Network, an international non – Profit Organization and a digital base network that focuses on promoting the SDGs with the core tenet of making Africa a better place to live as well as making life easier for the average individual. Furthermore, I am also the country ambassador for Global Peace Chain, an international NGO that envisions to build resilience, cultivate the culture of tolerance, inclusivity, interfaith harmony, co-existance, love & social peace building across the border through peace camps in educational institutions, interactive sessions, peace talks with society stakeholders, diplomats, ambassadors, influential community groups, UN officials, religious scholars and community based organization across the globe by engaging Global Peace Ambassadors. Recently, I embarked on a peace campaign programme at the Accra Newtown Experimental 1 JHS where the students were engaged and educated on the importance and value of peace. I am the co-founder of Sedos Link Gh. LTD, an IT and Media firm that seeks to raise the standard of both industry by providing effective and dedicated range of quality services. In addition to that, I served as a country trainer on the ‘Digital Skills for Africa Program’ a programme initiated by Google, where I trained many Ghanaian youths on digital skills and entrepreneurship to have the right skills, build businesses, create jobs and boost economic growth across the continent. As part of the United Nations International Decade for People of African Descent (2015 – 2024), I was nominated to be on the 2019 and 2020 Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD), Under 40, Global 100 List. As an energetic leader, I have contributed to the growth of individuals and organization both in the social and religious world. My maiden project has given me more insights to comprehend the challenges Children are facing as far as global peace is concerned. I realized that one of the powerful tools we can hold firmly to mitigate the global conflicts is by intensifying on peace education. As long as I believe peace is paramount in the lives of every individual, it is my utmost intention fulfill the objectives of Global Peace Chain in Ghana when I am given the opportunity.
